Looking to the season for inspiration when putting together their menu, the couple and team at Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware, created a delicious wintry menu complete with wine pairings. Lobster bisque was served tableside, guests enjoyed short rib with Madeira wine sauce as their main course and bananas Foster was prepared tableside and served with local Woodside Farm ice cream.
