French Wedding Cake

In France, the wedding cake is called the piece montee, or mounted piece, also known as a croquembouche. The tall confection is made of a tower of cream puffs held together with spun sugar and traditionally filled with vanilla creme. Hadley and Ed ordered half vanilla and half chocolate for their guests.
