Scrape The Plate Spring Salad Dinner

Guests started the reception dinner with a spring green salad topped with roasted vegetables, feta and crispy onion straws. It was followed by marsala glazed chicken breast with roasted pimento or dijon crusted cider marinated pork loin paired with mashed potatoes, lemon and herb green beans and bacon and scallion roasted brussels sprouts. Yum!
