Small-Batch Whiskey-Tasting Bar
The evening’s festivities kicked off with cocktail hour on the lawn. Guests lounged on blankets and whetted their whistles with flutes of champagne—which also doubled as escort cards—and a selection of small-batch whiskeys, while the White Apron served up hearty, seasonal appetizers like smoked Gouda and cauliflower soup shooters. Dinner featured decadent dishes like red-wine-braised beef short ribs and vegetable samosas, followed by caramel pots du creme, peach and blueberry cobbler and artisanal cheeses.
