White Wedding Cake with Swiss Dots

Since April is an avid baker, she and her mother made the wedding cake together. The top layer was vanilla sponge cake with vanilla cream filling; the middle layer was vanilla sponge cake with Sicilian lemon cream filling; and the bottom layer was a traditional Jamaican rum fruit cake.
