Abbie and Andrew met on August 19, 2015, the first day of freshman year at Stephen T. Badin High School. Abbie sat right in front of Andrew in class thanks to an alphabetical seating chart, and the rest was history. They started dating October 2, 2016, and grew up together as they went to school dances, supported each other at sporting events, applied for college, graduated high school, and navigated through and graduated from University of Dayton and Miami University.

After over six years of dating, Andrew surprised Abbie when he proposed in front of the U.S. Capitol on June 10, 2023 during her summer internship program in Washington, D.C. They are so excited to begin their lives together as husband and wife after over seven years of dating!
