On October 17, 2017, Adam messaged Jen via Tinder and she thought he was just another A**hole! She had no idea he is one of the good ones.

October 26, 2017, they went on their first date to a haunted house. Ask them if you don’t know about it. Ultimately it was the longest first date of their lives!

Then on December 3, 2017, Adam asked Jen to be his girlfriend and guess what….She said yes!

December 28, 2017, they traveled to New Hampshire to an adorable bed & breakfast. It was Adam’s introduction into Jen’s life of energy work. Jen noticed he never called her crazy. Instead, Adam was intrigued and wanted to hear more about it all. They hiked in freezing temps, saw a flowing frozen waterfall, visited a covered bridge and roamed around cute village shops and read a children’s book titled, Glad We Met! Jen knew from this moment on she was head over heels.

In 2018, love continued to blossom. Their weekday sleepovers and weekends apart grew harder….fast forward to 2019…they decided to cohabitate and become the Bossmattia household.

Adam knew Jen wasn’t willing to leave her parents and agreed to live with them all, embarking on a wild journey.

They took on the world, facing hopes and dreams, then COVID hit and family hardships unfolded. Their love was tested and they discovered things about themselves through each other, shared experiences and their relationship. It was uncomfortable, glorious and exactly perfect in Every way!

Moving forward…2020 and 2021 were full of good, hard, exciting, challenging, fun and interesting moments…these two years allowed Adam and Jen the opportunity to grow individually and as a couple. At this point, they felt like they had been together for lifetimes, yet still learning so much about each other.

2022 was the year that shook their foundation, they allowed life to break them down, loosing sight of what they had AND it was the absolute Best thing that could of ever happened to them- why- because they learned that their souls were meant to be together forever. Jen, Miss. Independent, who never saw herself as the married type, was considering it because she knew she found her person!

On October 13, 2022 Jen lost the most important man in her life, her Daddy. Little did she know, hours before he passed, Tony and Adam had a private chat. Unknown at the time, it was some of his last words between them.

Dad and Mama Lynn knew Adam was Jen’s soulmate way before she ever did, hence why they always guided them to trust God and the process.

2023 came along and they embraced settling into a new norm, bought their first home, and vowed to never give up on their dreams.

Adam asked Jen to marry him on December 2, 2023 as they were putting the last ornament on their Christmas tree. The ornament was purchased in Canada over the summer. The ornament says “our hearts brought us together”- A saying that holds true throughout their journey…ask them about all the invisible thread moments -it’s wild!

And here we are 8 years later…a beautiful mess with an amazing group of people around them, countless memories, an incredible bond and a Love that’s stronger than they both could have Ever Imagined!

Adam- you still drive me crazy in the Best ways and never fail to make me laugh when I’m mad, calm me when I’m anxious, and quiet my overthinking- you are my Best Friend, my Rock, my Ride or Die…here’s to continuing this wild ride together-Adventure Awaits!
