Instead of a gift, we ask everyone to donate as generously as they can to Ameen People Inc.

Ameen People is an Islamic registered 501(c) non-profit organization founded by my grandmother in 1993. After my grandfather passed away she dedicated her life to family and this non-profit. Through, Ameen People she served Allah (SWT) through various causes and community needs. Since her passing my family has continued the efforts she began. We have made donations to refugee individuals and groups. We have run aid campaigns helping people with rent, medical bills, and emergency funds. We have provided scholarships to local Islamic Schools and masjids. InshaAllah with your donations we would like to honor the elders of our family and give out more funds and scholarships in the community. While they are not with us physically, they are with us in our hearts and memories, and through their guidance and the wisdom they left with us. Through this act of giving you will help make sure even more blessings are among all of us. The scholarships will be named after my sweet Nani Jaan, Samina Ameen, and my Nana Jaan, Mohammad Tariq Ameen, whom I never met, but heard so much about; My Dada Jaan, Abdul Haq, who passed away just some weeks before my Nani Jaan, and my great-grandmother, Rashida Sultana, who passed away a short two years before my Nani Jaan; Zainab’s loving Dadi Jaan, Shafqat Parveen, who passed away in 2022 as well and Zainab’s Dada Jaan, Mohammad Bashir, who recently passed away in 2024; Zainab's Nana Jaan, Ghulam Sarwar and her Nani Jaan, Ismat Parveen who both passed away just a few years ago.

May Allah (SWT) bless each of their souls and forgive them in the afterlife. May your donation be a Sadaqah Jariyah for all of them and may your donations be a blessing for your families and ours. Ameen.
