Alexas POV: In 2022 at Hickory Cove Bible Camp, we served as camp counselors together. I began to have some feelings for him, but I chose to prioritize my spiritual growth and pursue college before exploring a romantic relationship. The next summer, our friendship blossomed, and Calebs empathy and prayers provided comfort during a difficult time in my life. I trusted that the Lords timing was perfect. In 2024, Calebs feelings for me matured, and he shared his intentions of asking me out with friends. Meanwhile, I waited patiently for the Lords direction. After attending a friends wedding in Alaska, I returned to help camp with some paper work and more, since I lost a week for the trip to Alaska. Including helping Caleb with maintenance. As we worked together, he asked about my perspective on dating. I shared my thoughts, and he asked me out on a date to Sims. Though surprised, I agreed to consider it. Our first date at Sims marked the beginning of a beautiful journey, with multiple dates leading to his heartfelt proposal nine months later. Im filled with joy and gratitude to be with Caleb, thankful for our journey and the Lords guidance.

My sister, now also my maid of honor. What a true honor it is to have her by my side when I marry the love of my life. She’s always been by my side throughout my life. We’ve shared so many memories, heartbreaks, cries, and smiles together. She’s been my listener, fashion advice, and blunt and honest girl. I’m truly grateful to have her as my sister and maid of honor.

Skylar and I have been friends since I first went to college. She was the one who helped me in so many ways. She helped me make friends, try new things, and make college something that I would miss. She has been my best friend for many years and I can see us being friends for the rest of our lives. That’s why I chose her to be one of my bridesmaids. Not only those reasons, but she is also someone worth being by my side for one of my best memories. She is not only beautiful, but she has a heart of gold. A smile that shines the light of Jesus. She’s courageous, bright, loving, generous, and so much more. God saw me in a broken place and decided to give me Skylar in the midst of struggles. She’s been there for me in some pretty hard life changes. I am proud to have her be in my wedding while I marry the love of my life.

We first started to hang out in Sunday school, after someone invited me to join once I had started college. Even though after my first year at college I moved to a different college in VA. MaKayla and I remained close friends. We hung out whenever I was home for the holidays. Doing Christmas parties, Thanksgiving meals, and so much more. Now that I’ve graduated and been going to Tri City more often, we’ve only gotten closer. She shines the light of Jesus wherever she goes and she is a true inspiration to me. I can’t wait for her to be my bridesmaid.

Makayla Rogers

Kallie and I first met at camp. She was at staff training at Hickory Cove but then left to go to another camp 😂. The following year, she stayed and cabin lead at camp. Even though we never cabin lead together in the same cabin, we became good friends and shared some memorable experiences together. Sharing past stories and talking through our experiences. She’s someone that will smile at you and you can see how much God has worked in her life. How he is still working. It’s an amazing reminder of how God works in all of our lives.

My cousin. She’s been one of my friends since I was little. We had sleepovers all the time growing up. She’s artsy and a master board game player. She’s also newly engaged and I can’t wait to be with her in her wedding. She currently lives in Illinois where she works for the school system taking care of disabled children. She’s got such a kind heart and I’m glad I can have more family by my side while I say “I do”.

Aurora and I met through our mutual friend, Skylar Dunn. She was in some of my psychology classes in college, but we truly bonded once I joined the jiujitsu club at Liberty. We then decided to become roommates and get an apartment together. Best college decision I’ve ever made! She was an amazing roommate, and an even better friend. I was in her wedding in Alaska. And now, she’s going to be in my wedding. how crazy is that!

I have known Jacob for the past twenty two years of my life. we have been to some incredible place and seen some incredible but none will be as astounding as me getting married

Zack is my cousin and one of the few people in our family that is around my age and I see semi-regularly, I have known him all my life and I cant wait to stand next to him on this day.

when I met Mathew  Walters many years ago he was just my lowly Sunday school teacher. but since then we have become very good friends and have worked side by side doing youth ministries in our church. Matt has been a blessing in my life and I hope you get the chance to meet him and he can be a blessing in yours.

I met Casey Bolick the other year when he joined our church. he has been a close friend ever since, he is a blast to hangout with and loves to get to know people through questions about life.

Me and Nicky Braunstien have been friends for many years. We actually me playing Magic the Gathering. He moved up to Kansas City a few years ago so sadly I very rarely get to see him. but even when he was states away he was very excited and one of the few people who was willing to go with us on a cruise the other year.

I have know Tyler Crowe for many years. one of my favorite things about Tyler is when you get a phone call from him you never know what he is going to say, he invited me to go to Japan and Ireland at two different times and I said yes to both. Another great thing about Tyler is that he is always willing to drive on adventures and beach trips.
