Shuttle service will be provided for guests from the following locations:

Hampton Inn – Carefree (Sundial Circle)

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa

Shuttle Schedule:

- Arrive at pickup location by: 3:30 PM

- Depart by: 3:45 PM

- Arrive at venue by: 4:20 PM

- Ceremony begins at: 4:30 PM

Return shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:00 PM.

Guests may choose to be dropped off at:

The Carefree Sundial Circle (for those calling it a night), or

Buffalo Chip Saloon (for those keeping the celebration going!)

Please note: Return shuttle service will not be available from Buffalo Chip. If you choose to continue the party there, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation home (Uber/Lyft recommended).
