Dino and Alexis met in 2017 at Wellington High school in Physics class. They sat across from each other in class along with some friends. They even ended up going to their senior prom in that same group. Later in the school year they found out they were both going to be attending the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Their freshman year at UCF they became best of friends, or so Alexis thought. In reality, Dino had told some of their mutual friends and his family, that Alexis was the type of girl he wanted to marry, that he would marry her.

It wasn’t that simple though.

Alexis made it difficult for Dino to be more than a friend but Dino persisted and they went on their first official date August 2019…. They planned on going mini golfing, (if you know Dino this is no shock) and had a bet that if Dino won he got to take Alexis on a second date. It so happened to rain that day, instead of cancelling Dino drove them an hour away to an indoor mini golf place so he could try to win a second date. Alexis beat him, but still agreed to go on a second date.

They fell hard for each other and Dino asked Alexis to be his girlfriend October 1, 2019.

Over the last five years…

Dino and Alexis both graduated from UCF and moved in together. They started a little family with their pets Korra, Katara and Sokka. They have gone on many adventures together and really became a part of each others families

Finally, on August 29th Dino went away on his space mission to the asteroid, Kay, where he went to mine for the perfect diamond for Alexis. He returned from his mission September 2, 2024 and had Alexis meet him at the Patrick Space-force beach where he was standing in the middle of a heart made from roses. Dino explained how his journey was proof of just how much he loved Alexis and asked for her hand in marriage. She, of course, said yes!! They then met their families for dinner after.

Alexis & Dino are so excited to celebrate their love with family and friends at their wedding in St. Augustine!!
