Alli and Andrew met in the most organic way possible. The trusted dating app called Bumble. Because the woman has to make the first move on the app, Allison slid into Andrew's inbox responding to one of his prompted questions. After a short interaction through the app, Andrew asked Allison on a date. He got them acai bowls and headed to Seal Beach for a little picnic. Little did they both know that is where he would propose to her one day. Obviously, the date went well enough to where they both were interested in seeing each other for another date. Two days later Andrew took her to a nice restaurant in Huntington Beach and she, naturally, asked some of the heaviest and most personal questions she could ever think to ask. It was in that date that Allison embarrassingly felt that he was the one she was going to spend the rest of her life with. Through the next few weeks, they both pursued the hell out of each other and enjoyed every interaction they had. After about 4 weeks of knowing each other, Allison came back from a weekend trip and when Andrew picked her up from the airport, he then knew she was the girl he was going to marry. Andrew had to move to Georgia for his job a few months later and it brought them closer than ever. All the effort they put in felt easy and rewarding when the outcome was continuing a life together. After they both closed out their times in California and Georgia, the two moved to Tennessee together. After they settled into their new state, they went home to California for a notable visit. Andrew asked Allison to marry him at the place they had their first date. Eleven days later, on September 29th, 2022, they eloped in Tennessee and shared a quiet evening at their favorite restaurant together. The couple has since bought a house and got a sweet little puppy named June Bug and then finally decided to plan a wedding. Better late than never 😊
