After Joe started a conversation with Amanda on the dating app Hinge, he asked her on their first date! They met for drinks at the Winchester in Valley Junction.

Amanda asked Joe out on their next date, brunch at Court Ave Brewing Company. They both lost track of time, a sign the date was going well, and when they left the restaurant Joe had gotten a parking ticket! Joe kept it as a memento and to this day blames Amanda for the $15 ticket.

After their brunch date, Amanda and Joe's relationship started to take off! They were spending more time together getting to know each other and meeting each other's friends. This was their first picture taken together at Amanda's apartment by her roommate Lauren.

Amanda and Joe attended their first wedding together, where Joe was the best man for his friend Andrew. Now about 3 years later, Andrew gets to return the favor as Joe's best man!

Amanda and Joe enjoyed their first holiday season together, which consisted of holiday parties, Christmas movie marathons and ringing in the New Year with each other!

After several Midwest road trips, Amanda and Joe decided to take their adventures international with a trip to Mexico for a much needed vacation!

Joe had planned a two year anniversary dinner and surprised Amanda by proposing before with a photographer to capture the special moment! Amanda eagerly said yes and shortly after they began planning their wedding!
