There just so happens to be a second, that's right, SECOND cave in Boerne that is just begging to be explored.

Antiquing? More like FUN-tiquing!
Boerne has some fun shops to visit if you're interested in unique / antique items that only the Texas Hill Country can provide.
The top stops we recommend are:
Fickle Pickles Antiques and Pickles
John's Road Antique Mall
Flashback Funtiques
Serendipity On Main
Laurie Saunders
Corner Cartel
There are so many wine possibilities in the Texas Hill Country. Especially if you are staying closer to Fredericksburg. But as it stands, Boerne has it's own, "close to home" wineries that they can claim.
Here is a list of my favorite in the Boerne area.
Saint Tryphon Farm & Vineyards is 7 miles north of Boerne. This winery has a very relaxing atmosphere that invites you to spend a few hours relaxing in one of their covered outdoor seating areas.
They strongly recommend reserving a tasting experience, but they will accommodate walk-ins.
Tastings are $25 per person and it includes 5 wines. They also offer by the glass and by the bottle options. Visit their website for more information:

Sister Creek Vineyards is a fun 'old-timey' place. When you walk in you'll feel like you were transported back to the old days of horse and buggy.
Don't be shy though. Their wine has been around since 1988 and they have quite the following of Sister Creek Vineyards wine lovers.
They have self-guided wine tours as well as tastings available.
Their tastings are $17 per person for 5 wines. They also offer by the glass and by the bottle options.

Singing Water Vineyards is one of the most scenic wineries I've been to. It's very beautiful and very relaxing. Not to mention their resident donkey that loves pets when you drive up and park!
Definitely a must visit for anyone looking for a memorable experience.
They have live music every weekend througout the weekend, as well as wine tastings, wine by the glass and/or bottle.

We do not partake much of the lesser alcoholic beverage of beer, but we do respect our fellow loved ones who do. So we made sure to find you some top notch spots to quench your thirst!
The Free Roam Brewing Company has grown in popularity in Boerne since they opened. They bring a variety of events to their venue as well as a variety of beers.
They are constantly venturing to make new lagers and ales.
If you enjoy a good time with a beer or two in hand, this is a good resting place for you.

If you're looing for a more local and authentic brewing company, look no further. The Cibolo Creek Brewing Co. is your one stop shop for beer and the best paired food you can have.
