Bailey and Adam's story began on July 7, 2022. The day after returning from his deployment to Poland with the US Army, Adam found himself in Wilmington with friends, enjoying some well deserved time off. Bailey, on the other hand, was celebrating a well-deserved promotion with a night out. A chance encounter at Waterman's Brewing, led to shared stories about travel, diving, and adventure.

Recognizing the potential for something special, Adam returned the following weekend, marking the start of regular commutes between Fayetteville and Wilmington as they began dating.

Ten months into their journey, Bailey and Adam decided to embark on a new chapter by moving to Alexandria, VA. Here, they embraced new careers and added a member, Kevin the cat, to their lives. Adam proposed on October 26 at Gravelly Point, their favorite park in DC, (if you've visited us, Adam has probably insisted that we visit).

Bailey and Adam continue to write the pages of their story, embracing the ups and downs, as they build a life together that began with a chance meeting in Wilmington and has grown into a journey filled with love, shared dreams, and the joy of creating a future together.
