Maidenwood Weddings & Events is located on a 40 acre nature preserve. Our ceremony site is called The Pines. There are several signs to help guide guests to the ceremony site from the parking lot. Please be aware that the ceremony is located off a grass trail. Ladies, ensure you wear stable shoes that you can walk on grass/dirt with. The walk from the parking lot to The Pines takes roughly three to five minutes.

We would love for our guests to dress up with us. Please wear semi-formal/cocktail attire and avoid denim.

Due to limited size restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those formally addressed on the invitation. The only exceptions are babies under one year of age who do not require their own chair/meal. If your little one meets these exceptions, please reach out to us.

When entering Maidenwood Weddings & Events into GPS, you may be routed through a "rustic" road which takes you through several water passings. Please verify that your GPS directions follow the information detailed in the travel section of the website.

Cell service may be spotty near the venue. Ensure you have downloaded all GPS directions prior to departing.

A grass parking lot is available for guests who are driving themselves. Guests may leave their cars overnight and pickup by noon the next day.

Beer, wine, and seltzer will be hosted. All cocktails/liquor will be available for purchase.
