Breanna and Connor were lucky to find each other through a great group of friends. Breanna was living with two close friends, Hannah and Delaney, in Ferndale, MI. Hannah and Delaney were invited to a Christmas party in December 2021 at their good friends house Sam and Gino Wickman. Sam extended the invite to Breanna knowing she was living with the girls. Connor, being good friends with Sam's husband, Gino, was also in attendance. The night was no short of fun, and Breanna and Connor found themselves chatting on the couch for a good chunk of the night. They exchanged numbers at the end of the night and said their goodbyes.

Fast forward to a week later, New Years Eve, Hannah and Delaney were headed to Sam's family cabin in Shanty Creek for a NYE party tradition. Sam so generously extended the invite to Breanna again, and she could not pass up another good time! Gino's friends were also invited, so Connor and Breanna would be reunited! They had a great time once again, and talked almost all night. Fast forward to a couple weeks later, they went on their first date and it felt like they knew each other for a long time. By their second date they distinctly remember talking about what they both want in a relationship and they both answered "to be each others best friend." On February 20th, 2022 they made their relationship official and became boyfriend and girlfriend.

Breanna and Connor moved in together in an apartment in downtown Northville in September of 2022. They have been on so many adventures, cheered each other on when celebrating each others success', and continue to support each other on a day to day basis.

On September 14th, 2024 Connor got on one knee in Traverse City, MI right on the edge of Traverse Bay. Without hesitation, Breanna said "yes!" and they celebrated with champagne on the beach as they watched the sunset. The following day they returned home and celebrated with close family and friends.
