This is one of Brian and Jordans favorite breakfast stops. Just a short drive from the venue, but it is well worth it. Located 5.9 miles, a 10 minute drive, The Buttered Biscuit offers some of the BEST breakfast food in town. Just thinking about their waffles has me wanting to take a trip out to Maggie Valley.

Open Wednesday to Monday 7am to 2pm. Some days they are open for dinner, but that is only posted on the front door.

Some of the best BBQ we have had. It is a bit of a hike, 37.3 miles, a 40ish minute car ride, BUT SO WORTH it. Everything we had there was fresh and delicious.

Your GPS may take you to the back door, that is not an entrance, go around the building and you will see Black Bear's sign, they are in the corner.

Open Wednesday to Saturday 11am to 6pm.

Black Bear will be catering hors d'oeuvres for the cocktail hour, so stop in and give some of their other foods a try.

Sippers in the Valley offers numerous coffee and specialty donut options. The owner is one of the nicest people you may meet, but most of the people in Maggie Valley are. This is a morning stop you should make! We recommend the Banana Pudding Latte <3.
