Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 PM. From the parking area, a wagon will take the guests to the ceremony spot through the ranch and into the woods. The wagon will be running between 3:00 PM and 3:50 PM. The wagon seats 20 guests comfortably. If you plan to use the wagon service, please arrive early in order to ensure a seat. If you miss the last wagon ride or do not wish to use the service, you are able to drive along the path to the ceremony - "Wood Hollow". Please see the map below.

The venue is located 35-45 minutes from Traverse City where most hotels are located. Due to the remote location of the ranch, Uber and Lyft are not available in the area so we highly encourage responsible drinking at the venue and to make arrangements for the drive back to your hotel.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We adore all the little ones in our lives, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate a small number of children at our wedding. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Cherry Capitol Airport (TVC) in Traverse City is the closest airport to the venue!

Please park in the designated parking area outside of the reception barn. There will be signs to direct you.

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire (midi or floor length dresses are appropriate.) Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. Refer to the color palette for inspiration. The ceremony will be located in the woods and the ground can be soft. We highly recommend a wide heel for your shoes!

October in Northern Michigan brings crisp autumn weather. During the day, temperatures typically range from the mid-50s to mid-60s, while evenings can dip into the 40s. Since our reception space features barn doors that will be open, the area may cool off at night. We recommend bringing a jacket to stay cozy while celebrating with us!

We will have appetizers available after the ceremony. Your dinner will be a BBQ buffet consisting of pork and beef from Cordwood BBQ. For dessert, we have cookies available!

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate! Please coordinate before the night of to make sure that you have a designated driver who can take you back to the hotel!
