Our Wedding

It all started in Ocean City — just not how you would expect. We were both there at the same time, same beach town, same weekend.. yet somehow never crossed paths. A few days later, we connected on social media — and that is where it really began. It was not instant nor rushed. We took our time. We got to know each other fully — the easy parts and the complicated ones. We built trust, found our rhythm, and grew into something real. Now, whether we are out on the boat chasing sunsets, screaming on rollercoasters, or on the couch watching Live P.D., it just feels right. Our story did not happen overnight — but it is one we love living every single day.

Timing, Tides and Us

For months, the idea of celebrating Brittany and her twin sister’s 34th birthday had been floating around. Brittany wasn’t exactly pushing for a party — but Josh made sure it happened. The marina was filled with laughter, sunshine, and the smell of food on the grill (Josh happily took that role). Surrounded by family and friends, it already felt like a perfect day. When it came time for gifts, Brittany and her sister insisted none were necessary. But Brittany had thoughtfully prepared 34 gifts for her twin, so they began opening them — until one final bag remained. Inside was a blanket. At first, Brittany could not help but laugh — she and Josh had a long-standing “no more blankets” rule after moving in together, yet this one felt different. As she stood to unfold it, the message stretched out in front of her: “Will you marry me? 💍” She turned to her left and found Josh down on one knee, holding a ring and looking up at her. Without hesitation, she said yes. The celebration continued with happy tears, windswept marina hugs, and drinks poured into engagement glasses Josh had secretly brought for the moment. It was the perfect surprise — thoughtful, personal, and completely them. ♥️

✨ Wedding Day Timeline ✨

🚪 11:30 AM – Guest Arrival The marina gate will open at 11:30 AM for guests to enter. Please plan not to arrive earlier, as the property will not be open to guests before that time. 💍 12:00 PM – Ceremony at the Water’s Edge Our ceremony will begin promptly at noon by the water. 🥂 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Reception in The Chandlery Join us in The Chandlery for drinks, celebration, and time together after the ceremony. 🍽 Food details will be announced soon! 🎉 6:00 PM – Continue the Celebration At 6:00 PM, The Chandlery will open for normal marina business. Guests are more than welcome to stay and continue celebrating with us into the evening!

🌿 Dress Code:We will be right by the water, and our biggest hope is that you feel relaxed and able to enjoy yourself. Think easy, breathable, comfortable — whatever lets you celebrate with us without worrying about the weather, the breeze, or your shoes.🍸 After‑Party Note:About an hour after the ceremony, the bar will open to the public for continued fun and entertainment. With that in mind, we truly encourage you to wear something you will be comfortable in all evening long.

Our sweet girl who we said goodbye to in August 2025 🌈. She filled our home with so much love ❤️ , personality and cherished memories. While she may not be here with us today, she will always be a part of our family and our story. We miss her more than words can say🪶!

Crazy, reactive, and full of personality — but also the sweetest girl to her family. Loves naps 💤, treats, walks 🦮, and being outside 🌳. Basically, she is a handful, and we wouldn’t have her any other way!

The queen of naps 💤 and occasional mischief! She is silly, lazy, and endlessly charming, loves to play 🧶, lounge around, and sometimes sneak onto Josh for cuddles ❤️. She keeps our home full of love and laughter.
