We have booked a block of rooms at the Canalta Hotel, as well there is plenty of room for Campers, Rv's or Tents down at the North Saskatchewan River Park.

We love all your little ones! However, due to limited space, we respectfully ask that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. We also understand that sometimes parents want a night out! you don't have to bring them also:) As for Plus Ones, only those listed on your invitation are welcome and have a seat at dinner. Others may come but to the dance only.

Vehicles can be parked in the yellow square shown in the Travel section photos; follow posted signs.

Yes — we’ll have camping available and encourage guests to bring RVs, trailers, and tents to enjoy the weekend. Please park all holiday trailers in the red square shown in the attached photo on the Travel section of the site.

Western Formal, we want to see your cowboy boots, hats and belts. most importantly we want you to be comfortable. also to note, there will be a short walk to the ceremony through the field, and uneven path please pick shoes accordingly. As well as the reception is a gravel floor.

We'll have a toonie bar! there will be a spot to purchase tickets. Please note there is no ATM on site, plan ahead and bring cash.

Your presence is the only gift we need, However should you wish to honour us with a gift, a cash contribution would be greatly appreciated.

We will have a safe ride home that will operate between the hours of 10:30pm and 1:30am.
