She proposed! While visiting friends in Washington, DC Erika popped the question in front of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's final resting place in Arlington National Cemetery. The Notorius R.B.G. is a prominent figure for both of us as a champion of gender equality and same-sex marriage.

Round two! Caitlin popped the question on an impromptu trip to Las Vegas in October. Las Vegas is a special place for Erika having lived there for awhile before Florida. Erika and Caitlin visit Vegas every January then a few times throughout the year. The Arts District is one of our favorite spots to hang out.
