In the hustle and bustle of college life at Northeastern State University, Carrigan Bradley and Michael Scott's paths crossed over a shared fishbowl at the Branch in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Their journey took them on five moves, including a return to their roots in Oklahoma. It was there, in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City atop the 48th floor of the Devon Tower, that Michael surprised Carrigan with a proposal.
