Where is the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Lone Summit Ranch in Lee's Summit, MO. More details and directions are available on the “Accommodations" page.
When should I arrive?
Our ceremony begins at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to get settled before the ceremony begins.
Can I bring a guest?
While we wish we could say yes to everyone, we do have a limited amount of seats available. If your invitation includes a plus-one, you’ll see the option to add your guest's name when you RSVP.
What about my kids, can I bring them?
We love all of your families, and while we wish we could include everyone, we’re only able to invite a few children due to space and logistics. If your child is invited, you’ll see their name listed on your RSVP form. Thank you for understanding, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
What is the plan after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour by the pool followed by dinner, dancing, and celebration!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We do have a photographer, so while we aren't unplugged, we do ask that you use discretion regarding phone usage during the ceremony.
Where should I park? Can I park overnight?
There is plenty of parking available at the venue - directions are on our "Accommodations" page. Unfortunately, no overnight parking is allowed, so please plan accordingly.
What is the dress code?
We ask everyone to dress in cocktail attire. Think semi-formal and stylish — a step above casual, but not as formal as black tie. Our ceremony will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by Sunday, April 12th to give us enough time to plan for your attendance. You can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab and typing in your name.
What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?
We have added a space for you to let us know within your RSVP. While our menu will be a buffet, please note any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will it be an open bar?
Yes, we've got you covered, so please don't bring in any outside alcohol. Feel free to bring your best dance moves, though.
