It all started with one person's absence from work. &nbsp;November 2015.&nbsp;Tim was in his first year as an ed tech at the local high school as an ed tech. It was his responsibility to tend to the needs of his life&nbsp;skills&nbsp;students, bringing joy and knowledge into their lives, and he did it well. As it happens, to this day he is still happily&nbsp;in this position, but I&nbsp;digress. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Chelsea, on the other hand,&nbsp;was several months into being a substitute for this same district. The life of a substitute is an inconsistent one, and so Chelsea took whatever jobs came her way.&nbsp;&nbsp;You have to be flexible and ready for anything that comes your way, and she tried her best to do just that.&nbsp;One fateful day in November, Chelsea found herself taking a job to substitute at the high school for two consecutive days. It would be in the life skills room, a position she had no experience with but hey, she was&nbsp;up for anything. Upon entering, Chelsea surveyed the room and asked the other staff what her role would be for&nbsp;the days that she was with them. Tim and Chelsea both noticed each other, without the other one knowing. Here and there, glances were snuck in at one another. At the end of the two days, the two had lingering thoughts of one another, but in their minds, they'd never see the other again.&nbsp;Flash forward approximately&nbsp;one month. Chelsea is called for the high school again, this time for art class. Thinking quickly she may see Tim again but knowing that she would not, she dismissed the thought and headed into her classroom for the day. First period comes and goes, and second period sneaks up. As she reminded herself of the plans for period 2, Tim walks in. He lets her know that a student of his will not be attending her class that day.&nbsp;Caught off guard and flustered, Chelsea is all smiles and thanks him for letting her know. Moments like that didn't happen to her all the time, and it was then&nbsp;that she knew that she had to say something, if she got the chance. Thanks to social media, Chelsea went home,&nbsp;added him on Facebook, and eventually asked him on a coffee date, to which he said yes. After two dates, the two began 2016 by starting their relationship.&nbsp;&nbsp;Fast forward to August 2017, one year and eight months later. Tim took Chelsea to a dock on swan lake, owned by a family member. It was evening, with the sun behind the trees so that everything shone in calm, cool blue. The two looked around and enjoying the scenery and the calm of the moment. Seeing an opportunity, Tim pointed to a tree behind Chelsea and&nbsp;said, "Look&nbsp;honey, look at that cool bird."&nbsp; "What bird?&nbsp;I&nbsp;don't see one."&nbsp;"Right there, on that branch. It's a small bird, second branch up."&nbsp;Chelsea nodded in agreement and went back to looking at the lake. Shortly after, Tim pointed out another bird.&nbsp;"Where?&nbsp;I am not seeing these birds that you are pointing out...""It's just over there,"&nbsp;Tim said, "this time it is a really big crow."&nbsp;Chelsea saw the crow and commented on it. She didn't understand&nbsp;his sudden fascination with the birds of the area, but if he was happy, she was happy.&nbsp;She turned around and there was Tim, on his knee with ring in hand looking up at her with all of the love in the world in his eyes.&nbsp;And the rest, was history.&nbsp;
