Christina and Joseph met in September 2020. Christina is originally from Staten Island and moved to Bay Ridge Brooklyn, where she was living when she met Joe. Joe is from Brooklyn, and never thought he would leave…until he met Christina.

Joe knew he wanted to propose to Christina and found the perfect opportunity after they closed on their first house. He hid the ring while they signed all of the papers, he knew she wouldn’t expect it and that day became even more special. With their best friends there, Joe asked Christina to marry him and she, of course, said yes.

Just some coincidental history:

Joe wound up being from Avenue X and West Street, the same neighborhood Christina's dad was from; and Christina's mother was always from Great Kills (same place she grew up - how ironic). Christina and Joe moved to Great Kills recently to begin this next chapter; where her parents have been residing since they have been married... hmmm
