We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favourite people. Dress to impress in your best formal attire!

What the heck does a formal dress code mean, you say? Think flowing gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, suits, collared shirts and ties. Our wedding is LGBTQI+ friendly so please consider our dress code ungendered too.

NO STILETTOS, SORRY

No stiletto heels are allowed in the heritage building sorry. But wider types of heels, like block heels or platforms, are very welcome to be worn.

OUTDOOR COCKTAILS

Cocktails and canapés will be served in the outdoor courtyard and spring weather in Christchurch is changeable, so a wrap and sunhat will cover all bases for you.

SEMI CASUAL DRESS CODE

Who doesn't love brunch? For semi casual attire - think sundresses, wedges or sandals and dark denims or chino pants with flowy blouses or collared shirts.

GARDEN VENUE

Our Day-after-the-Wedding Brunch will take place on Mum's covered deck and garden lawn, so please bear this in mind when choosing footwear and dress comfortably. Some seating and picnic rugs will be provided, but feel free to bring your own comfy favourite from home. Likewise with

toys for the kids.

FOUR SEASONS IN ONE DAY

Spring weather in Christchurch is changeable. So a wrap, sweater or blazer and sunhat will cover all bases for you. In the event of rain we will move indoors.
