Wedding Transport (Day & Night)
We have booked coaches for our guests with Doig’s of Glasgow:
All day guests: pick up 11am (please be at pick up point for 10:50am)
Night time guests: pick up 6pm (please be at pick up point for 5:50pm)
Returning home to Clydebank: 1am
The pick up point to catch the buses is located at Kilbowie Park & Ride (across from the spar)
We ask that when guests are RSVP’ing, to let us know if you require a seat on any bus.
Lochside House Hotel, Lodges and Spa
To those guests who have contacted us to provisionally take a room on the night of our wedding, we will need a definite confirmation 3 months before the wedding date. Payment will be taken by the hotel when you check in. However, card details will be taken by the hotel from you over the phone 3 months before to secure the room against your name.
If guests have requested a lodge, your deposit for a lodge will be taken as soon as you confirm with us or the hotel you would like to reserve one. This deposit is 25% and is non-refundable. All payments are dealt with via the hotel directly.
Royal Hotel
There is also a sister hotel nearby called the Royal Hotel which you can access online to book a room if you’ve got a last minute change of plan to stay! Check with us first to see if there are any rooms left at our venue the night of our wedding.
