Ashlin and I went to the same church back in 2022, and we had the same group of friends, but somehow we never managed to actually meet. It wasn't until a mutual friend's Halloween party that we first said "hello" to each other (Ash was eating a slice of pizza in a giraffe onesie). Later that year, Ashlin needed help with dog-sitting at her apartment and I volunteered to lend a hand. That was the second time we interacted. The third time we interacted we were at a coffee shop, and that was what spurred my interest to learn more about her. Numerous "adventures" (dates) and conversations later, we decided to officially be together (03/26/22). Throughout our relationship, we've traveled from coast to coast, being funky, laughing, and having fun the whole way through. The more time went on, the more I knew I wanted this relationship forever. When my heart started overflowing, I knew it was time to ask her for her hand in marriage. I see Ash as my life partner, best friend, and fellow weenie on tour. Being with Ashlin has been such a gift and privilege. God has truly blessed me with an incredible woman and I can't wait to spend my life with her.

Cristian and I had the same vibe going on from the very beginning... we met at a friend's halloween party and we were the only ones in onesie pajamas as costumes. Our shared love for goofiness has definitely been one of my favorite things :)

Our first date was grabbing coffee at our local park, and I knew from that moment that this was something special. We talked for 4 hours and it was so effortless. I left that date feeling like something really cool might be on the horizon for us. I deleted my dating apps that day when I got home and the rest is history!

Our second date is my favorite story. We went to a local brewery called Jester King, but little did we know, that day they were having a VIKING FESTIVAL, were playing heavy metal rock, and had a herd of goats wandering around! We were surrounded by people who were all really really excited about the vikings. I remember thinking "oh my gosh, why did I suggest this place??" but Cristian was down to roll with it. We got to meet some pretty cool viking enthusiasts and we honestly had the best time. I loved getting to see how non-judgmental Cristian was and how down he was to try something new!

Over the last two years, I have fallen deeper in love with Cristian's heart for others, the way he seeks out adventure and is always learning something new, and how he brightens up a room with his laugh. Whether we're embarking on cross-country trips, camping, going dancing, rock climbing, playing music together, or making up silly raps, Cristian is my adventure buddy and I can't wait to start our lives together. He is my rock, my biggest fan, and just makes life so much more fun. He challenges me to love people deeper, have more patience when things are hard, and to have a lot of fun/be as goofy as possible whenever you can.

I can't wait to marry him, and it's such an honor to get to celebrate our union with all of you. Can't wait to see you soon and party the night away on the dance floor!! ❤︎Ash
