Ryan’s journey to D’Jalenta began during his semester hiatus from Marist due to medical reasons. On his first night back he decided to drop in on a neighbors party, amidst the pulsating rhythm of music and the lively chatter of friends, he caught sight of her, darting through the crowd with the speed of a fleeting comet. At that moment, he was intrigued to know more. A glimpse of the connection that awaited them.

After a few days of messaging, they agreed to meet for their first date at Winberries, a quaint setting for the blossoming of something extraordinary. Clad in the comfort of sweatpants and a snug shirt, he arrived, a picture of casual charm. Her laughter echoed through the air as he smoothly explained his attire, a testament to her understanding nature. Despite their stark differences—him, a devoted carnivore, and her, a vegetarian, Which he joked about, and she laughed.

Over plates of delectable cuisine, they delved into the depths of their lives, sharing tales and dreams amidst clouds of laughter. Her charm, sweetness, and the way her face lit up with each smile of hers enchanted him. Igniting a small flame that would then grow into a wildfire. When the bill arrived, her insistence on splitting it only endeared her to him further, a gesture of equality that resonated deeply.

As the evening began to unwind, they strolled the square, exchanging tales and trivialities beneath the moonlit sky. He amused her with tidbits about dolphins, and her laughter, like music to his ears, confirming the joyful connection between them.
