WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?

The deadline to RSVP is August 2, 2026. Please submit your RSVP in the “RSVP” section of this website.

DO I NEED MY PASSPORT TO GET TO MEXICO?

YES! Travel from the United States to Mexico is considered international, and a valid passport is required to enter the country. Please ensure your passport does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates to and from Mexico.

MY PASSPORT EXPIRES THIS YEAR, BUT AFTER THE WEDDING DATE - SHOULD I GET IT RENEWED?

YES! Many countries, including Mexico, require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Even if your passport expires shortly after the wedding, it is strongly recommended to renew it in advance to avoid any travel issues.

WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE?

Airfare is not included in the resort or room cost. We recommend booking your flights independently for the best options and pricing.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

The closest airport to the Resorts is Cancún International Airport (CUN), located approximately 30 minutes away.

WILL I NEED IMMIGRATION FORMS (FMM) TO ENTER MEXICO?

YES! You will receive a tourist visa (FMM form) during your flight or upon crossing the border by land. Be sure to keep this form safe, as you will need to present it at the airport when leaving Mexico.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

Yes! Transportation is included for guests who make their reservation through our wedding booking site on our wedding website. Reservations made outside of our wedding site may not include transportation.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Although Family Selection at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is a family-friendly resort, we kindly ask that you refer to the names listed on your invitation for clarity regarding who is invited to the ceremony and reception. If you are traveling with children, the resort does offer babysitting services that may be arranged for the ceremony. Please confirm in your RSVP if your children will be attending the ceremony and/or reception, so we can plan accordingly.

WHERE SHOULD WE STAY FOR THE WEDDING AND FOR HOW LONG?

We recommend all guests stay on property! You may choose between, Family Selection at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres (Family Friendly) or TRS Coral Hotel (Adults Only). Both are all-inclusive, connected resorts with full access to shared amenities. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required to receive the group rate.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE ROOM COST?

Your room rate includes, all meals at any on-site restaurants, room service, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and access to our wedding ceremony and reception. Guests staying at TRS Coral also enjoy full access to both resorts plus a personal butler!

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FULL ROOM COST UPFRONT?

NO! Here’s the payment breakdown, the resort requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% balance will be charged 60 days before your arrival.

CAN I BOOK MY STAY OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM BLOCK? EXPEDIA ETC.

Yes, you’re welcome to book your stay outside of the room block. We’ve compared rates across sites like Expedia and Travelocity, and our group pricing has consistently been the most competitive. Keep in mind a $150 day pass (subject to change) is required for wedding events if not staying on-site. Guests are responsible for this fee through the resort.

WHAT DAY SHOULD I ARRIVE/HOW LONG ARE DAISY & ANDREW STAYING?

We suggest arriving the morning or early afternoon of Sunday, November 1 (1 day before the wedding). We’ll be staying from October 31st to November 4th, and you’re welcome to stay longer if you’d like to turn this into a vacation! There will be a Welcome Dinner the night before the wedding. Wedding party members may arrive earlier, reach out if you’re in the wedding party for more details.

Gratuities are included in your all-inclusive rate. However, we recommend bringing small bills ($1s and $5s) for extra tips, souvenirs, and off-resort activities.

WHAT ARE SOME TRAVEL TIPS?

•Arrive at the airport 3 hours early for your international flight. •Make copies/take pictures on a smart phone of your driver’s license, passports, and credit cards. Leave a copy with someone at home. •Download “WhatsApp” to communicate over WIFI only on your phone while at the resort (or you can use iMessage or Facebook messenger). The resort has free WIFI everywhere and with this app you can call/text for free. •Once you board the plane, turn your phone to Airplane Mode, then turn on WIFI only (airplane mode turns off cellular data so you won’t gather roaming charges).
