2018- Debrielle and Nathan met in college and were instantly friends. Debrielle was drawn in by Nathan's ability to make everyone in a room feel like a somebody. She was less drawn in by his frat star mullet. Their paths crossed over and over again in Maryville, during classes in Colden Hall, Student Senate meetings, and of course a sorority informal that they attended as "an engaged couple".

2020 - As the world slowly started to recover from The Great Lockdown, Debrielle and Nathan spent more and more time together during their senior year, riding together in the Homecoming Parade, and of course visiting the finest establishments in Maryville, Burney's and Molly's. Debrielle didn't ever know where a night in Maryville would lead, but she knew that if she saw Nathan out and about, those nights had always been the highlight of her week.

2021 - During their last semester at Northwest, fate finally stepped in... Nathan took Debrielle out for Valentine's Day dinner at A&G's, and the rest was history.

Nathan started his first job at Cerner, moving back to Kansas City and Debrielle starts her first job at Northwest, recruiting future Bearcats in the Kansas City and St. Louis areas. These lovebirds make the most of rent-free life! Attending concerts, going on getaways to Nashville, and lots and lots of Kansas City sporting events.

2023 - Debrielle and Nathan moved to the big city (!) and packed up their golden retriever, Kitty, to start a new adventure in Overland Park. Within weeks, Debrielle starts her new accounting job and Nathan starts his new job in healthcare consulting.

2023 - Nathan and Debrielle rang in the New Year with a romantic dinner at Union Station. Over dinner they discussed how much life is going to change in the year to come, but little did Debrielle know...

2024 - After months that felt like a lifetime of waiting, Nathan pulled off the ultimate surprise: A sunset proposal at the Liberty Memorial and an afterparty with family. Debrielle couldn't believe it when they rounded the corner at J. Reiger to see all of the Whites and the KC-based Merrills! Nathan credits his party-planning skills to his days planning Sig Ep formals.

2024 - Nathan graduated with his MBA from Northwest Missouri State University and they celebrate with a big family dinner in Maryville, the first of many joint events to come, as the Future Mr. and Mrs. White.

5/23/2026 - Debrielle and Nathan get MARRIED (!!!) and throw the best party ever with all their favorite people <3
