Quinton and Elizabeth met in the Marching Hundred. They were friends for years, where they spent much of their time hanging out with friends, walking around campus, eating Mother Bear's, and studying. They were in Bloomington nearly the entire time they dated. Very little had changed for them, except most of their friends had moved away, Quinton was in grad school, Elizabeth traveled the state for her job, and they were both 21. Most of their free time was spent seeing Elizabeth's family, antiquing, cooking, and exploring Indiana.
Quinton, Elizabeth, their friends, and their families knew they would end up spending the rest of their lives together from very early on. After Quinton spent four months at basic training, he had a ring made in three days so he could propose in the ten days he had before he had to report back to training. Quinton proposed in the Rose Well House while they were on one of their walks around Indiana University. Elizabeth is near impossible to surprise, but Quinton's natural calmness was able to completely fool Elizabeth for once.
Quinton's career took him and an Indiana born-and-raised Elizabeth to Washington, DC, where he is stationed. Their whole world has changed, but they still love doing the same things, spending time with friends, and Elizabeth is still doing the same job with the same company. Quinton and Elizabeth are looking forward to settling into the rest of their lives together.
