What do you say about the person who has been there for you all your life? Maybe not always physically, but when it meant the most. Mariah was the type of sister to tease Emily, but also fiercely protect her. Somewhere along the way Mariah and Emily went from making up dances in the living room and fighting over the bathroom to inviting each other over to their homes for Sunday dinners. Mariah has always been the #1 supporter of the relationship and the 1st person that Emily trusted to come out to. Mariah has grown to become more like a best friend, and also the sister that Alexis was overjoyed to gain. All 3 of them love and take care of each other. It's the best type of girlhood and sisterhood.

Tommy...with a larger-than-life personality, the party doesn’t start 'til he walks in! There is never a dull moment when Tom is around. Let me tell you about the time in Mexico… oh wait, I might get in trouble for this one! But on a serious note, in the short 3 1/2 years of knowing Tom he has been the best of friend anyone could ask for. Cheering me up when I'm down, providing me with career advice or having life talks at waffle house. Tom truly does have a heart of gold being a big brother to Emily and Alexis. He is Alexis' partner in crime, brother from another mother, and Best Man. You can catch Tom practicing Jiu Jitsu or singing Morgan Wallen songs to his guitar.

If Peyton was a color, she would be yellow. She is Emily's yellow - always bringing sunshine to a room and refreshing to spend time with. Emily met Peyton at a Sun Valley church group in college and they have carried each other through the best and worst moments of their early 20's. They are soul sistas who share a unique bond and bring out the best traits in each other. There is nothing Emily wouldn't do for this beautiful human that didn't let her fall out of relationship with God or lose sight of herself to be where she is today.

Growing up as cousins, Justus and Alexis were either laughing or scheming. When he was younger we surely though this kid was going to be the next Jim Carrey. They shared the best summer memories together as kids to now adults. Justus is not only a cousin, but a confidant they can both hold each other's secret till their grave. He has witnessed Alexis's journey and has been supportive of the love grown between Emily and Alexis. You can find Justus fixing cars or singing karaoke to the best of Frank Sinatra!

Emily met Linda through a mutual friend at their senior homecoming. Emily would've never expected after 10 years they would still be "besties!" From planning their ASU class schedules together so they could carpool to flying across the world to Australia to indulge espresso martinis and new experiences together - a friend like Linda is gold. Emily knows she will be in her life forever, even if she does fall in love with another country she has yet to travel to (which isn't many left)!

When Alexis first hung out with Ian, he asked Alexis to help him move…literally the first time. But she is so glad she did because otherwise she wouldn’t have made such a great friend! Plus, he helped them move furniture into their 3-story condo - LOL Karma.  Ian is the kind of friend you want to keep in your life forever and will rescue your fiancée stranded on a ski hill. Emily also loves to play pickleball with Ian and their pickle buddies. Otherwise catch Ian gaming or hitting the gym!

Laine can be described as the O.G. She is Emily's longest time friend that she met at 8th grade church camp! They clicked instantaneously and went on to go on many family vacations and stay up Friday nights mixing music for Emily's next hip-hop dance in the fall/spring concert. Laine has the best taste in music! They did every silly thing that high school girls do like create top secret nicknames for their crushes and making videos impersonating Youtube beauty influencers. Emily cherishes those special memories of growing up together and will always value the friendship she shares with Laine. She holds a big spot in Emily's journey and heart.

Alex is Alexis' high school best friend. They met in spanish class. Soon after they became inseparable, always involved in some extracurricular activity or taking extra long lunches when they both finally got a car. Sharing the best of their teenage years, and being their for one another during college Alex has always been a "day one" kinda guy, with a heart as big as his personality! Even after Alexis' moved every time they catch up its like they never missed a beat. Emily and Alexis are truly lucky to have him in their lives. You can catch Alex studying to be a pharmacist or spending time with his family & friends.

Danely is the little sister Alexis never had. Growing up they shared many memories from playing littlest pet shop to doing Starbucks runs after school.  Alexis had the joy of watching Danely grow up and seeing the beautiful young woman she has become and couldn’t imagine not having her by her side on her big day. Danely loves to hang out with Emily and Alexis when they visit and spend girl time and make fun of them for not knowing Gen-Z slang.

Alexis met Adrian in 2021 through mutual friends. Adrian and Alexis just clicked! Adrian is one of those friends you could call in the middle of the night to come pick you up or bring you coffee the next day. He helped Alexis break down furniture when she moved to Phoenix. Adrian moved to Canada for a bit, and although they were thousands of miles away their friendship never fizzled out. Adrian has always been one of the greatest supporters of the relationship despite meeting Emily in person much later. They are grateful to have Adrian in their lives.
