Dan and I met on a dating app back in the summer of 2020! We started dating in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic so our first dates consisted of chicken sandwiches in our cars. Apart from fast-food, we immediately bonded over our love for animals. One of our early dates was spent meeting my horse, Romeo. Dan didn’t hesitate to hop right on.


After about a year of dating, we moved in together at my home in East Hartford, CT. Within the year, we rescued our Goffin’s cockatoo, Zeke. I’ve always wanted a parrot and never thought I would find someone as enthusiastic about pets as me!


In April of 2023, Dan and I took a cruise to the Western Mediterranean. During our trip, we got engaged on a seaside cliff in Cassis, France! We spent the rest of our trip sightseeing in Italy. Dan’s family is Italian, so it was the perfect trip for us.


Since 1998, I’ve spent family vacations at Walt Disney World. For me, Disney’s BoardWalk has always been my home away from home. Dan joined our family vacation to Disney in 2022, and we loved sharing our traditions and memories with him. Being able to celebrate our wedding day at the BoardWalk, with our closest friends and family, is a dream come true.
