📍 Event Details

Q: Where is the wedding taking place?

A: The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all being held at Mount La Crosse Ski & Snowboard Center.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: Please arrive to the venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. If you plan to use the shuttle service from the Radison Hotel in downtown La Crosse - please plan to arrive at the Radison no later than 2:40pm. The last bus will be leaving at 2:45pm.

Q: Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

A: Weather permitting this will be an indoor/outdoor wedding. October in Wisconsin can either be 65 and sunny or 40 and snowy. Please plan accordingly for weather.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Cocktail. Our color scheme is classic fall colors!

Q: Are there any footwear considerations?

A: The parking lot is gravel but heels should be fine

Q: Can I bring a plus one?

A: If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP.

Q: Are children invited?

A: We love kids, but no kids please.

Q: Can I bring someone not listed on my invitation?

A: Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

📝 RSVP & Registry

Q: When is the RSVP deadline?

A: Please RSVP by 9/1/2026

Q: Where are you registered?

A: Your presence is enough! If you insist on getting us a gift, we have some items on our registry under the registry tab. However, as millenials in our 30s, we already have a lot of stuff! That's why you might notice a light registry. We've decided to include three cash funds in our registry as well for our home, a pontoon boat, and our honeymoon. Any donations to these future endeavors would be greatly appreciated!

Q: Will there be a meal?

A: Buffet style from 4 Sisters Catering in La-Crosse

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A: Yes! Please note any dietary needs when you RSVP.

Q: Will alcohol be served?

A: Open Bar

🏨 Travel & Accommodations

Q: Are hotel blocks available?

A: Yes! We have a block at the Radisson in Downtown La Crosse. This is also where the shuttle will pick-up and drop off. Instructions we recevied from the hotel are listed below:

There are also several airbnbs in the area that will acommodate larger groups. If staying in an airbnb, we recommend finding a location in south La-Crosse.

Q: Is transportation provided?

A: Shuttles will be provided to and from down-town La-Crosse. Shuttles will pick up at 2:40pm and drop off at 9:30pm, 10:30pm and 11:30pm. Ubers/Taxis are also available in the area.

Q: Where should I park?

A: There is ample on-site parking available if you choose not to use the shuttle service or a ride-share. You can leave your car over night as long as it is retrieved the following morning by 9:00am.

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?

A: Yes! Please make sure to share them with the bride and/or groom

Q: Is there a wedding hashtag?

A: We don't have one. Feel free to use clever captions for us!

🎶 Reception & Timeline

Q: What time does the reception end?

A: Last song will be played at 11:00pm. We invite all guests to join us in downtown La-Crosse after to keep the party going.

Q: Will there be dancing?

A: Absolutely 💃🕺

🌦 Weather & Backup Plans

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?

A: We have a backup plan in place — no worries! But I would dress warm, especially if you plan on joining us for the boat ride on Friday night.
