Hey everyone!

The big day is almost here - just 11 days until we celebrate! We're so excited to see all of you and can't express how grateful we are that you'll be part of our special day!

Ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM. We really need everyone to try to arrive by 3:30 PM - this timing is crucial for making sure everything runs perfectly for our ceremony. Everyone must be seated by 3:55 PM, and we have to emphasize this: the venue has a strict policy that they will not permit entry during the ceremony after 4 PM, the venue owner will be attending the ceremony and not the gate

. We know getting ready and traveling can be hectic, so please plan ahead to arrive on time dressed in one of your finest.

For those staying at the Holiday Inn, shuttle service will begin at 2:45 PM and will run continuous trips until everyone has been transported to the venue.

Quick note about check-in: While the official check-in time at Holiday Inn is 3 PM, I've tried inquiring about early check-in options. Unfortunately, they can only confirm this 24 hours before arrival. But don't worry! I will let everyone know once I call 24 hours prior. If you're concerned about timing, you might want to coordinate with friends or family who are arriving the day before to temporarily store your belongings, etc.
