Once upon a time,

Chad and Georgia each made their own Hinge profiles in the midst of Covid. Georgia was scrolling through profiles and saw Chad and immediately thought, "He is my kind of guy! He is super down to earth, active and cute ."

Wanting to learn more, she kept scrolling down, loving his golf picture, the photo of him celebrating his dog Cash's birthday and one of him rock climbing. Chad's style, athleticism, and humor reeled Georgia in. They made plans to Facetime and text until the scheduling of their first date on Friday, August 27th at Founding Farmers.

The color blue in the engagement photos is a nod to their first date wanting to coordinate colors with each other. They talked so long at Founding Farmers they felt the need to finally give up their table.

They then went across the street to City Works where Chad introduced Georgia to the beer Golden Monkey. It started drizzling, so they jogged to Chad's car to keep talking. His Jeep was highlighted with green accents which Georgia LOVED, knowing that she would have done the same thing in pink. After some more small talk, it was getting late. Chad leaned in for a kiss and Georgia couldn't help but to get extremely giddy. They both went their separate ways for the night, but could not get over the other.

Later the next week, Georgia met Chad's parents and that weekend, Chad brought Georgia down to Avalon for the Labor Day weekend.

Who made the first move? How?

Georgia swiped right on Hinge first, we both came up with plans for our first date and Chad went in for the first kiss.

What's your favorite activity together?

We both have our respective activities that we began individually, but enjoy doing together - like golf and rock climbing. However, a new sport we picked up together is pickleball.

The dorkiest thing about us is...

We like building Legos together.

-PA House - a hip local restaurant within walking distance from our current apartment in Hellertown PA. We have made very good friends with one of the waitresses!

Who's going to take out the trash?

We make a great team, but usually we walk to the trash receptors together with Beckham.
