Our Wedding

It was December, we were both looking for something to do, and a mutual friend happened to invite us both over. We had actually both met the summer before, although very brief, and once we reconnected that December it didn't take long to see where it would end. We were teenagers (17 &amp; 19) with very busy lives. Even so, we made it a point to see each other every weekend. After our first date on 01/01/2017, at Coldstone Creamery, it turned into seeing each other every day (A date tradition we still continue every New Year's Day). Skeptics always say that teenage love never lasts... but they hadn't seen a love like ours. It was kind, it was graceful, and it grew with us from young love-struck kids to love-struck committed adults. After six years of building a life together, (and a small clan of cats) we decided to make the forever commitment. We got engaged in Bottleworks District with a few close friends and family members. Now we have the pleasure of being able to showcase that love at our wedding surrounded by all of the people that have helped impact our lives up until this moment. We can't wait to make unforgettable memories!

Bella is Gillian's little sister. She currently lives in Virginia, so most of our sister bonding happens over Facetime. As kids we were the two to butt heads, but we finally grew out of that (this year hahaha). She is the mom of my sweet nephew, Tatum. I am so blessed to have a sister, and a friend in someone like Bella.

Kennedy is Gillian's youngest baby sister- and my roommate! She was always the peacekeeper growing up, and is always there when I need someone to bring along for my errands. She is the mom of my nephew, Noah, and my niece, Callie. I can't imagine my life without my docile little sis. I will always look forward to Target runs and lunch dates.

Kaitlynn is my co-worker, turned neighbor, turned best friend! We have been inseparable ever since finding out we lived right next to each other. Although we have since moved, she is still the most supportive friend a girl could ask for. I am very thankful to have someone like her in my corner.

Olivia is my childhood best friend. Her and I were born 3 weeks apart, and since that day have had each others backs. I knew forever that she would be standing up with me at my wedding, and the day has finally come. Although we may not see each other as often, I know that she will always be there as she has been for the last 24 years.

Spencer is Ian's oldest brother, the older brother that everyone wishes that they had growing up. Spencer is the father to my nephew Mathis, and my niece Sloane. He's the reason I got into some sports like wrestling since I was looking up to him and becoming the best to my ability. My passion for winning and competing came from his own attitude when it came to anything. His knowledge being mechanically inclined towards vehicles proves how good someone can be if they put their mind to it. Couldn't ask for a better oldest brother.

Brayton is the next older brother to Ian. He is the father to my nephew Presley who is oh so adorable. Brayton is the one growing up who would tell me how it is no matter the question asked. Brayton's got some of the best dexterity in Fountain Square, just check out my haircut. He's the reason I look so good, even on my bad days!

Cameron Tidd has been one of Ian's best friends since around Middle School. Between football and video games, I'm not sure if I have talked to anyone more in my life. Even though we may not see each other in person all the time, if you know how much time I spend on an Xbox, there is always that someone on the other end. Tidd has been like another brother to me for the last 15 years or so. His recent move back home to Greenwood from Nashville, TN has been great missing out on those college hangouts that we missed out on. Couldn't ask for a better duo.

•All guests will have a cozy room provided at the retreat.• Rooms will be assigned at arrival•Ample parking is available for those choosing to drive.

TRAVEL OPTIONS: Guests are welcome to fly into Dallas Airport or Waco Airport for easy access. If you prefer to drive, please enjoy the scenic journey.   COST CONTRIBUTION: We are excited to host you at a beautiful estate in the countryside of East Texas. In place of booking a hotel and renting a car during your stay, we are able to provide lodging for each of our guests on the gorgeous estate that our wedding will hosted at.   For all four days and three nights of wedding festivities, we will provide private rooms, food, drinks, and unforgettable memories for each of our guests. We ask that in exchange, each guest pays $350 to cover the cost of their room and board. We ask that this fee is paid to us by cash, check, or payment transfer no later than September 2nd. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them for you.   Thank you all once again for helping us celebrate such a beautiful time in our lives. We love you all, and we can’t wait to party with you in TX!
