In 2019, Gracie was working and living in the Rogue Valley and Trevor had just finished a fire assignment in Alaska. While both were enjoying a night out with friends, they had no idea that their paths would cross. After exchanging phone numbers, it wouldn't take long for Trevor to ask Gracie out on a first date. From that point on, their relationship blossomed into what it is today.

When Trevor wasn't off fighting fires during the summer, the two were inseparable. Adjusting to "fire wife" life isn't always easy, but for Gracie it was more than worth it. In the off-season they enjoy camping, dirt biking, heading up to the mountain, or just staying home for a movie night!

Planning for their future together, Trevor and Gracie purchased a lot of land in Talent, Oregon in March of 2021. For two years, they held onto the property, dreaming of the future. (Thanks to Trevor's mom who let them live with her while they saved!) Then in the Spring of 2023, they broke ground on their beautiful home. The house is just a few blocks away from Pump House Burgers & Brews, where they had their very first date.

On July 11th 2023, Trevor got down on one knee and proposed to Gracie in the freshly sheet-rocked dining room, still under construction. Of course she said yes, in the home that they will begin their life together and start their family in.
