Yes! We wanted to keep this easy for all of our guests by keeping the whole event in one location.

The ceremony will be held outside as long as the weather is permitting. The cocktail/reception will be both outdoor and indoor. This is whatever you would prefer to do and again weather permitting!

The weather during this time frame is usually a high in the 80’s and low in the 50’s. The reception hall is heated and cooled as well.

There are 2 different airports that you will be able to fly into. Denver is one of the airports and this one offers a direct flight. This is about a 2 hour drive to Canon City. Colorado Springs is the second option, with this one you will have a layover. The drive is about 50 minutes to Canon City.

While there aren’t a lot of Ubers and Lyfts (it doesn’t hurt to try them still) and they can be hit or miss there is a place called Fremont County Cab Service! I have spoke with them and they run Monday - Saturday 7am-12am with the exception of Friday and Saturday being open till 2am! He did say that they pickup and drop off at Colorado Springs airport! If it’s during business hours it’s $125 and outside of business hours $150. If you need a ride outside of hours or on Sunday you will need to call at least the day before to let them know. He did say you shouldn’t have a problem getting an Uber from the airport to Canon City it’s just while in town. They have 2 minivans, 1 Highlander SUV, and 1 car. Zac and I will not be having a wedding registry. With us choosing to have a destination wedding that comes with expenses, so we are asking for no gifts.

Airbnb's and Vrbo’s are plentiful in the area and may be cheaper if wanting to stay with a group! Check out our ‘Travel’ tab to look at the hotel and houses that have links and discounts attached.

Yes, there will be an open bar. We will have Busch Light, Natural Light, Michelob Ultra and some liquor for mixed drinks.

We will have pulled pork, grilled chicken thighs and all the sides.

Yes, kiddos are welcome to come!! Just be sure to RSVP for them as well so we have an accurate guest count.
