WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Della Terra Mountain Chateau, located at 3501 Fall River Road, Estes Park, Colorado 80517.

HOW AND WHEN DO I RSVP?

Formal wedding invitations will be sent at the end of April and will include instructions on how and when to RSVP. Additional details will also be available here on the website. If you already know you are unable to attend, please let Kennedy and Isaac know directly.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

We will miss you. If you cannot attend, please RSVP “no” on the website for yourself and any members of your party as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Thank you so much for letting us know.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

We love your little ones! Due to the venue’s limited capacity, we kindly ask that only those specifically named on your invitation attend. Your invitation and the RSVP page will list everyone included in your party. Thank you for understanding.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation and RSVP. If you’re unsure whether a plus one was included, please check the names and number of seats reserved for your party when you RSVP on the website. Thank you for understanding.

IS THE VENUE OUTDOOR OR INDOOR?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Join us in semi-formal attire. Please, no white, ivory, or denim. Otherwise, wear what you're comfortable in.

IS LODGING AVAILABLE ON SITE?

Lodging is not available at the venue. However, we have reserved room blocks at two nearby locations where many of our guests will be staying: Estes Park Condos and Estes Park Resort and Spa. Please check the Travel & Stay Page here on our website for booking information.

HOW DO I BOOK HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

All booking details are available on the Travel & Stay page of the website. You’ll find our recommended hotels, group rates, and direct booking links. Choose the option that best suits your group, or feel free to look for other Estes Park lodging options.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

Now is the perfect time to book. Estes Park fills up quickly during the summer months, and availability is limited. Our room blocks require a two-night minimum stay, but guests staying one night can still book directly with hotels or choose other nearby options. We recommend reserving early for the best availability.

WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Yes. Shuttle service will be provided before and after the celebration from both Estes Park Condos and Estes Park Resort.

WHERE DOES THE SHUTTLE PICK UP AND DROP OFF?

Complimentary shuttles will pick up and drop off guests at Estes Park Condos and Estes Park Resort. Parking at Della Terra is very limited, so we strongly encourage guests to use the shuttle. Shuttle times and exact pickup locations will be posted here closer to the wedding date.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

Please plan to arrive about 25 to 30 minutes before the 4:00 pm ceremony start time to allow for parking, seating, and settling in. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 27th, 2026.

WHAT DOES THE DAY LOOK LIKE?

The day will begin with an outdoor ceremony at 4:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour from 4:30–5:30 PM. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, dancing will begin at 7:30 PM, and the Grand Exit is planned for 11:00 PM. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes, we’ll have an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. Please plan for a safe ride home or use the shuttle following the reception.

IS THERE ANYTHING TO DO IN ESTES PARK BEFORE OR AFTER THE WEDDING?

Absolutely. Estes Park offers beautiful hiking, golf, shopping, haunted hotels, dining, and access to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We encourage guests to make a weekend out of it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RSVP IN TIME?

Please RSVP by Sunday, May 31, 2026. If we do not receive a response by then, we will assume you and your party are unable to attend, so we can finalize seating and meal counts with our vendors. Thank you so much for understanding.

WHERE ARE KENNEDY AND ISAAC REGISTERED?

We are registered at Target, Crate & Barrel, and Amazon. Our registry will be available under the Registry tab on the website once everything is ready. We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness.
