Q & A

Are children welcome?

While we love your children, this is an adult only event. The only children attending will be those in the wedding party or designated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Can i bring a plus one?

Due to our venue capacity, we can only accommodate those guests named on your RSVP. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. There will be no exceptions.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

We will miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please select “Decline” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Accept” but your plans have changed, please reach out to Jacob and Narlecia as soon as you can.

Is there a dress code?

We can’t wait to celebrate with all our friends and family, and we’d love for everyone to dress up with us! Our dress code is black tie optional. For outfit inspiration, please check the Dress Code page. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans, flip-flops, T‑shirts, and anything in any shade of white. The best man and bridesmaids will be wearing Rosette; the Maid and Matron of Honor and groomsmen will be wearing Dusty Sage.

Will there be a bar at the reception?

Yes. There will be an open bar, but please remember to drink responsibly, the bride and groom would like you to remember this special occasion.

What happens if we miss the RSVP deadline?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate RSVPs after the deadline as we need to provide final numbers to our venue and caterers. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline of March 31st, you will be marked as “not attending”. We appreciate your understanding but NO EXCEPTIONS can be made.

What time should i arrive?

TBD

How do we get to the wedding?

If you’re flying in, we recommend arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and planning to arrive at least one day before the wedding. The venue address will be listed on your save the date and formal invitation, and recommended hotels and accommodation details will be posted on the Travel page.

Should we bring a gift or money?

Any gift, monetary and physical, will be greatly appreciated by the bride and groom. Feel free to check out the wedding registry tab.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are kindly asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception following it will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes. There will be free parking for all guests attending.

Where should I shop for “In dress code” attire?

For in-person shopping, we recommend national retailers such as Macy’s, JCPenney, Kohl’s, and Nordstrom Rack. For online options, consider Azazie and Birdy Grey. Please check the Wedding Party page first for the specific bridesmaids’ and groomsmen’s attire to avoid purchasing identical items.
