Should I bring cash?
Yes.
To park in the secured lot, at the hotel (venue), whether you park yourself or use the valet service, there will be a fee. Credit card is accepted for self parking and to enter the lot.
The bar service will be paid by us. We do urge you to tip the bartenders for a job well done.
What should I expect after the reception?
You don’t have to go home, you can stay here!
I’m going to my room with my husband.
BUT! For all the rest of y’all, there is a bar inside the hotel that will be open later for your socializing and drinking pleasure. The bar tab there is solely your responsibility. We want to see those photos, so keep documenting the fun!
What if it rains?
If the weather looks gloomy, we will see if the storm will pass.
A decision will be made, the day before or the day of, to move the ceremony to the Atrium, which is located inside the hotel.
Should I bring a gift to the wedding?
Since you’re traveling a distance to our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our future together would really make our day.
If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.
Can I bring a date?
Our guest list is a carefully curated group of family, friends, and co-workers. If we have offered a plus one, their name was included on the invitation, or referred to as “and guest”. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What food will be served?
Cocktail hour will be a a mix of lamb, salmon, dumplings and chicken.
Dinner will be served buffet style with meats, starches, and vegetables.
We are also offering a late night snack.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
If you have food allergies or a dietary restriction, please note that on your RSVP and/or make contact with us. Those dishes will be prepared separately from our buffet. The venue has ensured us that they take food allergies very seriously and are more than willing to accommodate our guests and their dietary needs.
What if I don’t RSVP?
