Our journey began seven years ago, when we first met while working together at a private ambulance service. What started as a simple friendship grew into a lasting bond, one that quietly stood the test of time and laid the foundation for something greater than we ever imagined. On May 19, 2024, our friendship blossomed into love, and we began a new chapter as a couple. From that moment, life felt different—lighter, fuller, and more complete. We quickly realized that God had been preparing us for this all along. On July 15, 2025, surrounded by love and faith, we became engaged, marking a day we will cherish forever. Together, we share a devotion to God, a commitment to family, and a desire for a love that will endure for a lifetime. Her son is such a special part of our story, bringing even more joy and meaning into our lives. Loving him as my own has truly been one of the greatest blessings Ive ever known. As a family, were excited to keep building a future full of faith, love, and lasting memories. We are so excited to begin this new season of life as one, and we cannot wait to celebrate our wedding day with all of you—our cherished family and friends.

Our Wedding

I had been carrying her ring since January 2025. Her mother had been silently assisting me throughout the preparation process, I diligently kept it hidden at home while she traveled between Chicago and Texas. Every time she visited, I would double-check its safety, eagerly awaiting the opportune moment. Finally, that moment arrived during our cruise to the Bahamas in July. On the night of our formal dinner, I had meticulously set up our room—candles, flowers, and everything in place for the question I had been patiently waiting to ask. After dinner, we returned to our room, my heart pounding in my chest, and I asked her to marry me. Her response was a resounding “yes,” and it became the most unforgettable night of our lives.

Joshua and I first met in 2017 while working together at Hertz, and from that moment our friendship grew into a lifelong bond. He is a devoted father to his son, Saint, and one of the hardest workers I know whether in life or in the gym. His loyalty, discipline, and brotherhood have been a true blessing in my life, and I am honored to introduce him as my Best Man.

My big sissy from another mister. I met her when I was 20 years old and she has been a pivotal part of my life ever since. Her wisdom, care, and directness has made a huge impact on my life. She has walked with me through some extreme darks times, so it was only right that she stand right beside me as I’m walking in happiness with taking on this new title as wife.

My boo thang! Sha is such an amazing person. I’m blessed to call her my best friend. She’s been down for me for a long time. Our friendship has grown beyond measure. She loves my child as her own. Let her tell, that is her son. Our conversations are unmatched and laughs are out this world. I couldn’t imagine doing this day without her.

My younger brother, Matthew. Even thought there is a three year age gap, he has always been one of my closest friends. Watching him start his new journey with his wife, Alexis, and building a life in Arizona with their fur children makes me proud of the man he has become. Having him by my side on this day means the world to me. I am grateful and I couldn’t imagine celebrating without him.

Our bond has grown through time spent in Evanston and countless conversations about life and relationships. His wisdom and example continues to inspire me. Garrett and I grew up together in Chicago, and our friendship has been a constant in my life ever since. We went on to college in Iowa, and through every stage of life, our bond has only grown stronger. I’m honored to be the godfather of his son, and his family has always treated me as one of their own. From church days to family gatherings, Garrett has truly been like a brother to me.

I met Brandon during my college years in Iowa while I was there with Garrett, and we’ve remained close friends ever since. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of standing in his wedding and visiting whenever I could to spend time with him and his family. On our off days, we often spend hours playing the game together, a hobby that’s brought us plenty of laughs and memories over the years. Brandon has always been someone I can count on, and his family has treated me with the same warmth and welcome as their own. Our friendship has stood strong through the years, and I’m grateful for the bond we continue to share.

To know Amber is to love her. She is a character to say the least. Some might say that she is the life of the party. But I believe above all else, she is so sweet. Her concern for others has always been heartfelt. I’m blessed to now call her my sister. I didn’t want to do this day without her.

Can someone say diapers? We are literally 5 months apart. From babies singing in the choir to playing at your family’s home while the adults partied downstairs. We are now adults and our friendship has blossomed into something beautiful and that I am truly grateful for. It was only right that you be apart of this special day.
