To reserve your room, please email Miyaze (Avani) on mmusobani@minorhotels.com or message her on +260977325116 on WhatsApp with your preferred check-in and check-out dates, and your preferred room type. Please use the reference Jay and Chandni's Wedding
Room types available:
- Twin Room: Sleeps 2
- Queen bed: Sleeps 2.
Payment for your room will have to be made upon check-in.
You are welcome to book their rooms with an early check in date or later check-out date; the room rate will remain the same.
Deadline to book your room is March 15th, 2026.
Flight & Transportation Information
Arriving into Livingstone for the Wedding
Guests have two options:
- Fly in to Livingstone Airport (LVI) via Johannesburg (JHB) or Lusaka (LUN). Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be arranged.
- Fly into Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) via Johannesburg (JHB). A shuttle service from the airport (VFA) to Avani hotel is available at a cost of $50 per person.

Guests are welcome to explore Livingstone before traveling to Kabwe.

Guests have two options to travel to Kabwe
1. By Road (Transport will be arranged) - Travel time from Livingstone to Kabwe is approximately 11 hours.
2. Fly into Lusaka (LUN) 2 hours (Guest to arrange). Travel by Road to Kabwe from Lusaka approximately 3–4 hours (Road transport will be arranged) luggage that cannot be carried on the domestic flight will be transported to Kabwe by road.
Returning Back to the USA.
Transport to Kenneth Kaunda International Airport - Lusaka (LUN) will be arranged for Guest.
