DO I HAVE TO STAY AT FINEST RESORT?
Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises. All guests must stay on the property to be able to attend all wedding events.
CAN I BOOK THE MEMBER'S RATE OR THE NON-REFUNDABLE RATE?
Yes, BUT in order to be considered part of the wedding group and be able to attend every wedding event, every guest must book the EVENTS RATE with our promocode XXX. It does not require a deposit to book, it will include free cancellation up until 24 hours from arrival and also free transportation to/from the airport.
WHAT DOES ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN?
All meals, snacks and drinks (including alcohol), are included and unlimited! There are 12 restaurants, a food truck, several bars and lounges and 24-hour room service. There's also plenty of activities for adults and kids at no extra charge! Visit the Finest Punta Cana website or download The Excellence Collection app to see a list of daily and nighty activities and entertainment.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us.

While we love your little ones, to stay within the capacity allowed for our wedding venue we are only allowing children of immediate family and wedding party to attend. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Yes! We specifically chose a family friendly resort so that everyone could join. This resort has an amazing kid section & pool. When booking your suite please note that the standard suites Finest Suites and the Finest Club Suites are kid-friendly. The Excellence Club Suites are adults only (18+). When booking your suite, you must enter the age your children will be at the time of the wedding. Everyone 13 years or older is considered an adult. The resort does verify passports and ages at the time of check in.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ROOMS?
There are 3 different suite levels: Suites, Finest Club suites, and Excellence Club suites.
Rooms with the word “club” are suites with elevated exclusive amenities that include:
-1 complimentary aqua hydrotherapy circuit treatment at the Spa
-access to 2 additional club restaurants
-access to the club pools and club beach areas
-upgraded premium liquor in your suite
-upgraded L'Occitane toiletries
-plus other perks listed on their website
Finest Club suites are family friendly. Excellence Club suites are adult only, 18+ only, no exception.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?
ASAP! There is no room block in place and rooms are expected to sell out as it gets closer to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site.
Booking now will also allow you to choose from a large range of room types. Family suites, swim up suites, and club room suites are some of the room types that sell out first.
Booking with our promocode, your room reservation is 100% refundable up until 24 hours before your arrival and no deposit is required to reserve and secure your room now.
LAST DAY TO BOOK?
The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is XXX. Any modifications after XXX will cancel your current reservation and it will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which will be much higher as the wedding date approaches. Modifications that will not be allowed after the promocode expires are: change of name, change in dates (adding or removing a day), change in room type, change in room occupancy (adding or removing people), change in credit card.
Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired or if your bank blocks the payment if they detect it as fraud.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
By booking with our promocode, there is no deposit required. You will just need to enter your payment details at the time of booking so that your card stays on file. The balance will be charged in full to your card on file 30 days before your arrival. All reservations with our promocode also get free cancelation up until 24 hours before check-in (local time).
MODIFYING RESERVATION?
The best way to make any modifications to your reservation before the promocode deadline is by calling the Call Center. Confirm over the phone the promocode XXX is still applied to your reservation. Reminder that modifications are only allowed until XXX. No exceptions!
At the moment, any modifications made online through the Manage Reservations tab on the resort website is automatically removing the promocode and discount rates at the time you confirm the modification.
This means:
(1) The system changes your reservation to a non-refundable reservation and it will charge you in full at the time of confirming the modification
(2) You will not be considered part of the wedding group or wedding events if your reservation changes to a non-refundable reservation

HOW DO I RSVP?
To RSVP locate the 'RSVP' tab on this site and follow the steps. Please include any guest that will be attending any of the wedding events. Please include any dietary restrictions you may have.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Let us know of any dietary restrictions through the RSVP form. We want to make sure you're taken care of!
During check-in, the resort will ask if you have any dietary restrictions as well and tie this information to your room number. This is to make sure you have a comfortable stay!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
The dress code for our wedding is beach formal.

WHAT IS THE RESORT DRESS CODE?
All restaurants at Finest require a certain dress code. Please visit the resort website or click HERE to see the different type of dress code required at each restaurant.
In short, men must wear shirts with sleeves or collars at every restaurant. Some restaurants require pants for men. Some restaurants do not allow casual sandals for either men nor women. Please pack accordingly to be able to enjoy every restaurant on the property.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
Your outfit for the wedding (Please see above), your outfit for the welcome event, swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray, medicine, etc.
Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend to bring $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff you believe is doing an outstanding job. Tips are never expected but certainly appreciated.

ANY OFFSITE EXCURSIONS?
There are so many activities at the resort that are already included with your stay but if you wish to explore Punta Cana or the surrounding areas, please visit the THINGS TO DO tab at the top of our website to see popular excursions.
IS THERE A SPA DISCOUNT?
Yes, the same promo code you used to book your reservation gets you 10% off but you are also more than welcome to check their monthly Spa offer on the Finest website right before your trip as many times they offer bigger discounts.
WILL THE CEREMONY BE UNPLUGGED?

YES! We ask that you please put your devices away for the ceremony as it will be professionally captured. Please remain "in the moment" with us. After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you want!
