Please note that when entering children's ages you have to enter the age they will be at the time of the wedding. Passports will be verified at check in.

The best way to make any modifications to your reservation before the promocode deadline is by calling the Call Center. Confirm over the phone the promocode XXX is still applied to your reservation. Modifications are allowed until XXX. No exceptions.

At the moment, any modifications made online through the Manage Reservations tab on the resort website is automatically removing the promocode and discount rates at the time you confirm the modification.

This means:

(1) The system changes your reservation to a non-refundable reservation and it will charge you in full at the time of confirming the modification

(2) You will not be considered part of the wedding group or wedding events if your reservation changes to a non-refundable reservation

When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). The resort is approximately 40 minutes northwest of the airport. Search for the best flight deals on sites like Google Flights, Hopper, SkyScanner, etc but book your flight on the actual airline's website. It is recommended to start tracking flights around the 9 month mark and book flights no later than the 4-6 month mark.

Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive no later than XXXXX to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on XXXXX.

If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

Everyone traveling to the Dominican Republic is required to fill out an E-Ticket Application to enter DR and to leave DR. This has to be done BEFORE YOU BOARD YOUR FLIGHT.

Make sure to jot down the application number as soon as you start as you will need it to make modifications should you need to. At the end, make sure to click the option to email it to yourself otherwise it does not automatically email you a confirmation.

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promocode. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Keep this in mind if you are rooming with someone that will fly in on a different flight. Try to book flights that arrive and depart around the same time otherwise one of you will have to purchase a separate transfer.

Because there can be flight changes, it is recommended to schedule your transfer no earlier than 1 month from your arrival but it is required no later than 1 week before your arrival.

For guests with young children, you can request a car seat(s) or you are welcome to bring your own.

You will need a valid passport to travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.

Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months from your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to XXXXXX. If you are traveling from the US, you do not need a travel visa.
