When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website no later than 05/30/26. You are welcome to RSVP before this date. Although you will be missed please RSVP “no” if you are unable to attend so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all our guests, we have a strict guest list so we can stay on budget and meet our restrictions. Invitations will be specifically addressed to those invited, along with a plus one if indicated.

Can I bring my children?

We have decided on a adult only event. We want our guests to be able to relax, kick back and celebrate with us. We appreciate you making arrangements for your children prior to the event.

Do you have a registry?

We are so excited to celebrate our big day with our closest friends and family. Your presence is our greatest gift. While gifts are not expected we have registered for a few items to help kick start our life together as a married couple. Our registry can be found on our website.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. The ceremony will be held outdoors in the grass so pick your shoes accordingly ladies!

Accommodations ?

As majority of our guests are local we did not reserve any rooms in local hotels. If you are coming from out of town please take it upon yourself to book accommodations accordingly. Local hotels in St. Thomas • Holiday Inn Express & Suites (275 Highview Dr, St. Thomas, ON N5R 5Y5) • Comfort Inn (100 Centennial Ave, St. Thomas, ON N5R 5B2)

Will transportation be provided ?

Transportation will not be provided as majority of our guests are local. With that being said we ask you drink responsibility, arrange rides, or book an Uber or Taxi service.

Is there parking available?

Limited parking will be provided to the right of the laneway in front of the row of pine trees (please leave these spaces for our elder guests) Other parking will be along the side of the road, which is not busy.

When should I arrive?

Please plan on arriving at 3:00 pm to give yourself time to park, get a drink, and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 3:30 pm.

Can I take photos?

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day. We ask guests do not use cell phones during the ceremony. However you are welcome to take photos or videos the rest of the night.

What happens after the ceremony?

After we say “I do” we invite you to our open bar for refreshments while our wedding party takes photos. We will have guests take their seats around 4:45 pm - 5:00 pm to begin the reception.

Can I smoke on the property?

We asks that guests do not smoke in the barn where the reception will take place. However you’re welcome to smoke outside as the barn doors will be open. Please place all cigarette butts in the cigarette butt containers on the trees.

Will there be a late night snack?

Pizza will be provided for those staying longer to celebrate around 11:00 pm.

Will there be a dinner?

Food will be provided following cocktail hour and after the wedding party is finished having photos done. An assortment of wraps, sandwiches and other finger foods will be provided.
