Yes, the ceremony is taking place in a church and the reception in an elegant, historic hotel, so please dress accordingly. The attire is titled as black-tie/cocktail, so please dress formal. This can include gowns, cocktail dresses, sundresses, dresses, dress pants, khakis, button-up shirts, tie, jacket. We ask that you do not wear casual clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, cargo shorts/pants, tennis shoes, etc. The bride asks that you do not wear white, cream, ivory, etc.

Most guests have been allotted a plus one. If you are not sure of your party size, refer to the RSVP section or contact Jimmy or Karla if you have any questions about your party size

Children, adolescents, and young adults will not be allowed at the ceremony/reception, except for immediate family and those in the wedding party. Although we would love to invite them, unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to exclude children/young adults due to capacity restrictions. Exceptions may be able to be made based on certain circumstances for children over 5 years old. Please message Jimmy or Karla with any questions.

We have hired professional photographers, we ask that you allow them to do their jobs. While in the church and during the ceremony, please put your phones away and do not take photos. It looks tacky with cell phones held up in the photographers photos, so we ask you avoid taking photos during the ceremony, especially in the aisle seats. Also, please be respectful of the church setting and put your phones on silent. The reception is another story, please take as many photos as you'd like to help capture the evening!

Please feel free to park anywhere in the parking lot for the ceremony. Parking is free of charge.

Our reception package has included 30 room blocks for guests at a discounted price. The room blocks are at the Cavalier Hotel, Marriott Resort, and Embassy Suites, where there are 10 rooms available at the discounted rates per hotel. Once these 10 rooms are occupied, the discounted price of the room cannot be guaranteed. If you prefer to stay somewhere different, that's perfectly fine too! There are plenty of hotels in the area, as well as AirB&B options and houses through Vrbo.

The Cavalier Hotel has valet parking. Please pull up to the front of the hotel, where an employee will park your car for you for the duration of the event. There is a fee for parking.

The Marriott Resort is located across the street from the Cavalier Hotel and next to the Embassy Suites. Parking is self-park in the garage at hourly, daily, and overnight rates.

The Embassy Suites is located across the street from the Cavalier Hotel and next to the Marriott Resort. Valet and self-parking is available.

The Cavalier is across the street from the beach. The Marriott Resort and Embassy Suites are on the beach.
